Origins
My nickname has been Cavegirl for around 20 years (god I'm old ;p). My online monikers/usernames on blogs and chatrooms and the like have also always been some variant of the name. Why?
Growing up, my older brother made a face that looks a lot like the one I'm making
in the picture to the right, except I think he did it better. He had this old
fisherman's hat. When he made the face, he'd pull the hat down to cover his eyebrows,
and then he'd press down and pull the hat back up, lifting his eyebrows with
it. I guess since we share the same genetics, I am able to successfully protrude
my lower jaw the same way he always did. And thusly, Cavegirl was born.
It's okay to be scared.
