DECEMBER
I played the role of Joanne in Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean, the first play in a new staged reading series by the Actors' Center. It was directed by Pat Moran & Associates casting associate John Strawbridge. The staged reading took place at Theater on the Run in Arlington, VA on December 21st.

NOVEMBER
On November 17th I shot a commercial for A&B Check Cashing in Baltimore, playing a bewildered businesswoman. The spot will air on Baltimore's FOX 45, and features Howard G. of the regionally famous "Kiss My Bumper, Just Kiss it!" Senate Car Insurance commercials.

I played multiple roles in three staged readings at MetroStage in Alexandria, VA as part of the class 'Acting in a Professional Production' through The Theatre Lab. The plays/dates were: Moo by Sally Clark (November 16th), Lion in the Streets by Judith Thompson (November 23rd), and 7 Stories by Morris Panych (December 7th).

In mid-November I recorded several voice-over spots for the program Historic Treasures of Southern Fairfax County for Fairfax, VA County Government Channel 16, and also did an on-camera spot for their program Information Avenue. See their homepage for more information and show schedules.

I completed my fourth music video for the band HypoFixx November 6th, this time playing the victim of a cocaine overdose in Complete System Failure. Keep an eye out on the band's site for the video, and take a look at some of the behind-the-scenes pictures here!

OCTOBER
I again wore multiple hats as Director, Writer, Producer, and Actor; this time for the 2004 National Film Challenge with the Cavegirl / Defekt Productions team October 1-4. Our mockumentary, FELT: Tearing the Fabric of America, can be viewed on its official website at GodHatesRags.Com. FELT was named to the Top 10 films (out of 151 entries), and won Best Mockumentary!

JULY
I participated in a staged reading of the new play Take Stock by Jonah Sea Knight on Monday July 12th at Silver Spring Stage.

I played a client suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in a series of therapist PTSD training vignettes for JDG Communications and Ventana Productions. Filming took place in late July.

MAY
I particpated in the annual Actors' Center Showcase on May 17th. The scene was a cutting of the one-act play Anniversary by Conrad Bishop, and is about a 50s couple having trouble celebrating their first anniversary. My partner was Brett Estey, and our esteemed director was Kim T. Ha.

I wore multiple hats as Director, Writer, Producer and Actor for the Cavegirl / Defekt Productions team at this year's DC 48 Hour Film Project May 7-9. We were tasked with writing, shooting, and editing a short film in two days. Watch the film A P E R T U R E and read about the making of the movie here.

APRIL
I played 'Lucia' in Stealing Thunder Theatre Company's production of Caesar 2004, a modern adaptation of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. Performances were at The Top Floor in Baltimore April 16/17 and the DCAC in Adam's Morgan in DC, April 23, 24, and 25.

FEBRUARY
In mid-February I played a 'Mad Scientist' in my third video for the band HypoFixx, for the song Alive Again from 'Man to Machine'. Watch a clip here.

JANUARY
I was 'The Snake' in Animals of the Chinese Zodiac, produced by JWM Productions for Animal Planet. Filming took place at Yenching Palace in DC. Originally aired January 22.

I played 'Donna' in the hilarious one-act I Call Your Name with the Madcap Players for their "Winter Carnival of New Works" in late January. Performances were at DCs H Street Playhouse. I Call Your Name was written by Tim Acito, writer/composer of the Broadway musical Zanna, Don't!.
